04Off the clock
I'd rather build it than buy it. The printer handles small things overnight; anything bigger takes a Saturday and a lot of sawdust.
Weekend crate digging, liner notes read cover to cover, and the small ceremony of standing up every twenty minutes to flip a side. Streaming solved this. I didn't want it solved.
Streets and trips, mostly — several miles of walking so that one frame lines up. The rest live in a folder called "edit later," which is doing a lot of work.
Long single-player games, played slowly and actually finished. One good story beats a hundred hours of grinding — the backlog disagrees, but it doesn't get a vote.
